This is in line with what Casumba, which was in a negative trend, last contributed at the EBITDA level. The sale should therefore not affect the ability to pay earn-out. Quite the opposite, as it secures the part of the result that Casumba otherwise risked eroding. In addition, the divestment will likely mean lower OPEX and a clearer focus on the segments that are actually growing. That the Casumba deal has been complex and challenging is another matter - but from a financial and strategic perspective the divestment feels positive.

That is more than half of the free float. It is unclear how it will go about buying so many shares. If you look at the liquidity in trading now, it is impossible to buy back shares of that magnitude. If you are going to buy on the floor, you have to create liquidity.
