7.11.7.11.ADR is x2 (thats something like $0,31 - 0.35 totally in 2 payments per ADR: ---------------------- The dividends will be paid in two installments in February and March 2026, as follows: Amount to be paid: R$ 0.94320755 per common and preferred share in circulation, as follows: (i) the first installment, in the amount of R$ 0.47160378 per common and preferred share in circulation, will be paid on February 20, 2026. (ii) the second installment, in the amount of R$ 0.47160377 per common and preferred share in circulation, will be paid on March 20, 2026. Record date: December 22, 2025, for holders of Petrobras shares traded on B3, and record date on December 26, 2025, for holders of ADRs traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Petrobras shares will be traded ex-rights on B3 starting December 23, 2025. Payment date: for holders of Petrobras shares traded on B3, the payment of the first installment will be on February 20, 2026, and the payment of the second installment will be on March 20, 2026. Holders of ADRs will receive the payments as of February 27, 2026, and as of March 27, 2026, respectively.

7.11.7.11.Just like you described. I would (and have) buy cheaper, no need to pay premium for voting rights. Also think that PBR.A (preferred) has been actually cheaper for long time. "Petrobras ‘common share (ON – symbol in [B] ³: PETR3) allows the exercise of voting rights at Shareholders’ Meetings. The preferred share (PN – symbol in [B] ³: PETR4) is not entitled to vote. In return, the holders of preferred shares have other advantages, among which it is possible to highlight the right to receive their dividend as a priority and in the minimum percentages established in the Bylaws, as long as the Company calculates profit in the fiscal year."- 27.8. · Muokattu27.8. · MuokattuDividend pay day again today.
