Redeye expects to increase estimates somewhat on the back of the report, supported by the strong profitability while the comment on growth focus confirms our expectations of a return to topline growth in 2026E. Then we'll have to see if they manage to execute on this. It certainly looks promising. 2026 could be the year when a significant re-rating of the company occurs and confidence is rebuilt. It will be exciting to see the annual report. There will certainly be a revenue decline compared to 2024 due to cancelled agreements, but the question is whether they can manage to create positive ebit despite this. They have focused on cost reductions, but we'll see. Q3 was a bit better than expected, so maybe Q4 will also surprise. A part of this year's revenue is already secured through their B2B strategy. Warframe is launching on Android in the coming month, where Nitro games will continuously handle the maintenance and there should apparently be a possibility for a smaller revenue share if it performs well. The game has a large player base across different platforms. Liquidity is low, so it can be difficult to enter or exit with larger amounts, so therefore the price can move quickly in both directions. I myself have positioned myself this week and believe it can go really fast with a little tailwind 📈 A good report would be a start to rebuild investor confidence again, so the downward trend can be reversed.
