It is an important step towards all-weather certification (including Flight Into Known Icing / FIKI). - The tests (wind tunnel tests on material samples) started in July 2026. - Collaboration with **Cert Center Canada (3C)** and **University of Toronto**. - Part of a previously announced project of **10.5 million dollars** (INSAT-funded) for all-weather VTOL propulsion. - CEO Brandon Robinson emphasizes that Cavorite X7 is designed for Canadian winters and is intended to provide higher availability and profitability than helicopters. ### Other important news recently - **July 21, 2026**: Letter of Intent (LOI) with Australian **V-Star Powered Lift Aviation** for the purchase of up to **100 Cavorite X7** (5 firm + option for 95) worth up to **600 million dollars**. Focuses on, among other things, emergency care/medevac. - **July 16, 2026**: Q4/full-year results (fiscal year ended May 31, 2026). Cash strengthened to **78.3 million dollars** (over 24 months of liquidity). Full-scale demonstrator heading towards initial tests during the **first quarter of 2027**.
