Such as "Jool Invest" (now "Vinga") have historically been known as extremely aggressive distributors of high-yield bonds. They attracted money from ordinary investors to real estate or industrial projects, but immediately took huge upfront fees for themselves (through subsidiaries) (sometimes reaching 5-10% of the total amount).
