12.2.12.2.The speculation is whether they manage to renegotiate a new loan before September. Even in the case that they don't manage to do it, they have to sell the BTC, and BTC stays above 50k, you should receive more BTC per buck than from the open market. If the BTC price falls below 45k or something, then it is fked. This is one where I'm adding a bit position, risky gamble. Overall I'm adding BTC and derivatives everywhere, wouldn't recommend concentrating on this one but it adds a nice spiciness.
·25.11.2025Value of Bitcoin holdings = 5.398 BTC × $90.000 ≈ $485.820.000 Divide by number of shares: $485.820.000 ÷ 439.850.889 ≈ $1,10 per share So the share price should have been higher than it is currently But the market doesn't always see it the same way8.12.20258.12.2025They have 200M loan, that is to be paid late next year. They have to refinance it or sell some BTC to cover it. The debt also doesn't have great terms otherwise. Still, I think it is a nice little bet, getting BTC exposure with a nice discount. I'm buying small slices now and then.
