We as a minority can contact Aktiemarknadsnämnden and Spotlight group to highlight our interests and address problems regarding poor communication from the company and insufficient justification for delisting.- ·11.4.If there was something I had counted on as a shareholder at this point in time, it was more information and a release date for the new game engine which should be in a demonstrable state. Instead, they voluntarily want to delist the company with the support of the Stock Market Self-Regulation Committee's new rules which were introduced on 1 Sep 25, where it is sufficient that 90% of those at the general meeting vote for a delisting; before, it would have been enough for 1 single owner to oppose and the proposal would have failed. At the same time as it is not allowed to vote by post, Mindark is now buying up shares cheaply to dilute us other minority shareholders and get the proposal through. The company states as reasons for delisting listing costs, disclosure requirements with regular quarterly reports that require resources, the share's low liquidity which has consistently traded below book value of equity at 2,98 kr/share, which means they do not have access to the capital market on favorable terms. These costs and responsibility for the share price were known already before the company was listed on the stock exchange in January 2023. The reason for the poor development since the start is that the company has not shown anything new; the transition to the new game engine has only been mentioned in a few words. In the latest annual report it stated "modularization of backend systems provides measurable effects in increased scalability during the transition from cry engine to unreal" Then there is nothing to trade on and the share price suffers. There has also been algorithmic trading, especially in connection with the big crash in spring 2024, where every larger order that went through on the buy side was parried a second later with a smaller sell order to look bad. My interest as a shareholder is that the company should remain listed on the stock exchange. It would be very bad if it were delisted, where the owner afterwards wants money for continued operation and I cannot sell to cover costs.

The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 1.49 per share. The purchase price amounts to SEK 396,166. This is stated in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's transparency register. 🚀🚀
