    Considering August 2025, there was 270 milj. shares and price about 1 SEK / share, which makes company market value was about 270 MSEK. If the emission will be fully subscribed, there will be about 2 700 milj. shares. With current market price 0,042 SEK, company value would be about 110 MSEK and company will get about 50 MSEK cash from emission. This is very aggressive emission which basically wipes out value of old shares. I haven't seen any problems in company's business progress, only problem is financing. Current share price and subscription price of 0,025 SEK per share are very low compared to previous company valuation. If the emission is successful and business development will continue as expected, there is good opportunity to make nice profit from current share price levels.

    SCIZYS development has taken about 12 years from founding to CE-marking at July 5, 2024. Time span is in-line with comparison to other novel biotech devices (10-15+ years). The core innovation behind SCIZYS system is Upconverting Nanoparticles, which makes this novel biotech device. There has been typical delays compared to more optimistic predictions about the time span e.g. from Mangold. However, now after CE-marking, commercial phase and revenue generation has started based on agreements with Concept Life Sciences, Truly Labs and Katana Labs.
