·14.1.I've been out of Latour for a while, which never became a good stock for me. I bought in too expensively (Maj 2022) and then the price went sideways or down for three years before I got tired and sold in Maj 2025. Now the price is down further, and I'm going in and buying a small batch of shares with the intention to scale up. I'm buying for my pension portfolio, which should grow for another 10 years before retirement. The idea is that when retirement comes, I'll only have decent dividend stocks in the portfolio to get a continuous income stream for my pension. Then I'll clearly have to replace Latour, but until then, I think it can be a growth case. We'll see, I'm often wrong, it must be said.
·13.1.I sold Latour and bought Industrivärden instead. There are people who can wait for several years for a stock to recover. Unfortunately, I am not that patient. A few years left until retirement, so I have to maximize what I can, but at the same time keep some "safe". Latour will surely go up eventually, but it's small change compared to what I've earned in gold and silver, where the gains are 30-70% in 6-8 months. So I'm leaving Latour and wishing future savers good luck! :-)·13.1.Exactly. Physically, which involves quite a lot of work. Through Funds (expensive), ETFs, Mining companies, Trackers or mini futures. I have mining companies and trackers.
·28.1.Physical is not difficult at all. Just walk into e.g. Tavex in Stockholm and buy a few hundred grams and keep it hidden for any number of years. They apparently charge an uplift of about 2-3 percent, which is not a problem. I remember I bought a few hundred grams for about 23k sek each. However, I sold them far too early. It would have been worth a good 135k each today. Sad that I missed that ride.

Selling off the holding and monitoring further. -5% return·11.12.2025Latour is doing exactly what one wants to see in a weaker economic climate; they continue to buy quality companies at reasonable prices. Today, alstor is finalized, a small but stable niche company in forest management. High profitability, low cyclicality, and fits perfectly into Latour's industrial portfolio. The impact on the figures is small, but it strengthens the long-term growth engine.
