·29.4.Which day is the ex-date? Can't find info on Nordnet :-(In INSIGs memorandum for the preference share, it states that the record date shall be the last banking day of each month. For April, this should have been 30/4 and the ex-date should then have been 29/4.
·7.4.Why is the redemption price set as low as 155kr? Dare one buy this or is the risk imminent that, say, if the price goes to 165, the companies decide to redeem it at 155 at once?
Sdiptech pref is a classic example, issued in 2015 at 100 kr and paid 8 kr per year in dividend. This year it was redeemed at 105 kr, which was the redemption price. Many got burned because the share price was then around 125 kr when the redemption announcement came. I would therefore not want to pay more than 160 kr at most for this share. Hopefully, the redemption announcement will come several years in the future. What one should otherwise be concerned about here is the high indebtedness which could affect the willingness to pay dividends if interest rates rise.- ·2.4.Interesting stock but what hinders it is the low redemption price of 155 kr and high indebtedness. But if one likes yield, then 7.6 % on this stock is a good complement to Tingsvalvet which is also a monthly dividend payer. I have bought a bunch of shares.
·29.3.Could be interesting going forward, depends a bit on potential interest rate hikes during the year which however could lower profitability. Will probably be a small position to spread the risks from other industries.
