·13.11.2025Approved 3rd quarter, it looks like the dividend will amount to approx. 7,5% at the current share price:-)- ·13.8.2025Half-year financial statements absolutely approved. Free cash flow per share of 0.54 euros in the half-year, corresponding to approx. 10 percent annually. The properties appreciated by 1.6 percent in the half-year, resulting in total income per share of 0.92 euros. Equity per share is now more than 25 euros. This must be reflected in the share price at some point - I hope so, as I am heavily invested in GCP and AroundTown.
