Reading and trying to interpret the annual report but it's a bit intricate.... I think that for relatively small companies that are in some form of establishment phase, revenues can vary greatly from year to year. One manages to sell in that big contract one year and gets a lot of initial revenues, which leads to difficult comparative figures the following year and it looks like things are suddenly going worse... I'm actually not that worried about the above because I interpret Gomero's business idea as being based on long customer relationships with revenues that trickle in over time. That's why I have invested. Then things like what Gomera calls aftersales and subscription become important. And of course, having a decent inflow of new business that can then lead to just after sales and subsciption. I think in the annual report that they are poor at clearly describing the connection between these components and how they develop among themselves and what trends can be seen and conclusions can be drawn. An experience with small companies that creates some concern is that if it is described in an intricate way and is difficult to understand, it's no coincidence. If you have something positive to tell, you gladly do so, otherwise you try to hide or be silent..... However, I'm not giving up on Gomero yet, but choose to wait one or two more quarters to see how it develops.

When I look at Gomero Q1, I like the distribution of revenue where 45% is subscription and aftermarket. It's nice that there is a revenue base even if new sales were to falter or be volatile, which is common, not least for small companies that are constantly hoping for the slightly larger orders. On the asset side, intangible assets are still a fairly small part of total assets and are not growing that dangerously. Otherwise, I usually don't like items like "Capitalized expenses for development work and similar work". They could end up as large depreciation in the future. How big a risk is it in this context that the technology they have invested in changes and they have to write it off quickly? What should we think about sales in the future? They are writing about Australia in the fall, but how likely is it that there will be any major revenue from that deal? It feels like there are quite long cycles between sales and money in the cash register? Anyone have any thoughts on the company, preferably other than that the rocket will start soon, etc.….

Regarding technology, they are constantly updating their software and sensor technology to stay at the forefront. As you say, they are not taking up any large items during activated development work, which is positive. Regarding sales in the future, the electricity grid globally will become more and more digital, which speaks for increased sales. In Australia, there is an active pilot project that has previously been successful with Ellevio, I expect a successful result here as well. It should then be an agreement on par with or larger than the one you have with Ellevio. Regarding sales and money in the cash register, it is most likely that a receivable is taken up when an order is placed and payment is received as the order is installed. If they get a large order book, it will therefore take longer to get the money in the cash register.
