·10.9.dLab's future subsidiary Techinova AB is awarded a procurement worth approximately 29 MSEK from one of Sweden's largest electricity grid companies Dlaboratory Sweden AB (publ) ("dLab" or "the Company") announces that Techinova AB ("Techinova"), which dLab has entered into an agreement to acquire, has received an award decision in a procurement concerning the delivery of services and materials for RTU installations to one of Sweden's largest electricity grid companies. Techinova's bid has, after evaluation, been deemed to have the best price-quality ratio. The estimated order value amounts to approximately 29 MSEK and revenues are expected to be recognized continuously up to and including the second quarter of 2028. The award decision does not mean that an agreement has been entered into. A ten-day standstill period applies from the award decision, and an agreement can only be entered into after the standstill period has expired, provided that the procurement is not subject to review. Deliveries within the procurement will take place continuously, with the last planned deliveries during the second quarter of 2028. The procurement also includes options that may entail an extension of deliveries until 2031. The option parts are not included in the stated order value of approximately 29 MSEK. The potential value of the options cannot currently be determined and is therefore not included in the communicated order value. RTU solutions are used for monitoring, control, and automation of the electricity grid's substations and enable the collection and transfer of data from the electricity grid. "This is a significant order for Techinova and demonstrates the strength of the company's offering in digitalization and automation of electricity grids. For the future dLab Group, the award means another important business with good visibility over several years and strengthens our conditions to achieve the financial target we have communicated for 2027," says Rickard Jacobson, CEO Dlaboratory Sweden AB. dLab announced on August 11, 2026, that the Company had entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Techinova. All conditions for the completion of the acquisition have been met, and closing is expected to take place on September 17, 2026. Provided that the acquisition is completed as planned, Techinova will thereafter become part of the dLab Group. As previously communicated, dLab's goal is for the new Group to achieve net sales of at least 100 MSEK and an EBITDA of at least 15 MSEK for the financial year 2027. The financial target for 2027 remains unchanged. About Techinova Techinova is a Swedish technology company with headquarters in Karlskrona that develops and delivers solutions for monitoring, control, and automation of electricity grids. The company's offering includes RTU solutions, SCADA systems, and energy storage control. Techinova has approximately 25 employees and had sales of approximately 55 MSEK with an EBITDA of approximately 9.7 MSEK during the financial year 2025/2026.
