- ·12.8.If LIB-01 were later to show effect also in, for example, female sexual dysfunction/desire problems, the market could become significantly larger than the current ED market. Currently, there is nothing to indicate that Dicot has tested LIB-01 on women. Dicot still describes LIB-01 as a drug for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in men. The preclinical LIB-01 studies have mainly used male rats and measured erectile function/sexual behavior. But: there are two things that make a future female indication scientifically interesting. 1. LIB-01 appears to affect the melanocortin/MC4R system Dicot has shown that LIB-01 affects gene expression linked to MC4R signaling, and the company describes MC4R as a central part of the nervous system's regulation of sexual function. And here it gets really interesting: Research on female mice shows that MC4R signaling is actually involved in female sexual receptivity. When MC4R was absent, the female mice's sexual receptivity decreased, while restoration of MC4R signaling normalized or improved the behavior. Even stronger is that MC4R agonism has been tested on real women with HSDD (hypoactive sexual desire disorder). In a randomized, placebo-controlled crossover study with 31 women, the MC4R agonist bremelanotide increased self-reported sexual desire for up to 24 hours compared to placebo. This means that the biological target mechanism itself, which Dicot says LIB-01 affects, is already validated for female sexual function.Thanks for the lesson :-) What I know is that laboratory mice are often immunocompromised, i.e., mechanisms where the immune system is relevant for evaluating any clinically relevant effect can be misleading. But trials on women that point in a favorable direction should, all else being equal, strengthen the case instead, so that sounds good above. But I am still awaiting my own analysis of the mechanism of action, etc. I am content with significant leverage in the investment leading to a very good outcome in the portfolio EVEN if Tobii does not perform as I assess in the short or long term... Theoretically, several favorable high-risk investments, each with a brilliantly correctly estimated and analyzed risk/reward independent of each other, should often result in a sufficiently high pre-calculated expected value. @smallestShark thanks again, and good luck might be needed in my case...

They could become worth quite a lot with positive interim data, agreements, or acquisitions if BiG Pharma reads up...I believe, as mentioned, that Tobii will rise before TO-7, but generally, some profit-taking on one instrument can be exchanged at anticipated rebound buying opportunities in another, if the price movements are over 10% etc. in leveraged instruments. I also have BULL instruments in Space-X and BEAR instruments in Smart Eye. One should carefully read and understand the final terms in the certificates...
