The company has a strong position in battery chargers and charging infrastructure, a market that is growing rapidly with electrification. The management's insider purchase in 2025 also shows that they themselves believe in the company, which strengthens my belief that there is value here that larger players may want to get their hands on. CTEK has also been previously discussed as a possible acquisition candidate, and given the company's financial targets for 2028, it is not difficult to understand why. Current target prices are around SEK 22, but an acquisition always requires a substantial premium. I believe that a reasonable bid level would be in the range of SEK 25–30 per share and I would not be surprised if a possible bid ended up around SEK 28
