·19.7.2024It was a good trip from autumn 2023. General uncertainty in the real estate market and problems with the bond funding for Corem. Course SEK 180 and 11% direct return. BARGAIN But now at a rate of +250 SEK, I see better placements on the stock exchange. 7.8% in dividend does not attract me. Not at all impossible that your avk will go down to 7% and then there is good upside left in the pref. But I'd rather buy e.g. Betsson today. Will be much more yield in the next few years
·1.11.2024A D share should give approx. 1% unit higher DA than the same Pref. Preffers should come towards approx. 7% Da over time, if or when the interest rate is lowered. D against 8% then.
