·17.2.Extremely ill-judged action by Corem's management to buy bank shares with the liquidity reserve. Apparently, management believes there are only sunny days. The effect of their actions is visible on, among other things, the pref (which I own).
Yes, it would have been better if they now buy preference shares so they don't have to redeem them for 500 kronor later.

It should be the other way around given Corem's size.Agree that Corem's preference share is cheap (I own quite a lot myself). Unfortunately, the CEO/principal owner, once again, shows poor judgment and raises the risk in the company with the bank share purchases.

Looks like a Scandic or Best Western hotel. Good connections to the city and Arlanda.
·19.7.2024It was a good trip from autumn 2023. General uncertainty in the real estate market and problems with the bond funding for Corem. Course SEK 180 and 11% direct return. BARGAIN But now at a rate of +250 SEK, I see better placements on the stock exchange. 7.8% in dividend does not attract me. Not at all impossible that your avk will go down to 7% and then there is good upside left in the pref. But I'd rather buy e.g. Betsson today. Will be much more yield in the next few years
A D share should give approx. 1% unit higher DA than the same Pref. Preffers should come towards approx. 7% Da over time, if or when the interest rate is lowered. D against 8% then.
