Question…(I myself have 2,000 Com.Bank shares) IF an agreement cannot be negotiated, if they DO NOT agree on a better price, then shareholders will, however, as far as I remember, receive 0.485 share in Unicredit per CB share…correct…???? That is quite a bit above today's prices, Thursday, and must be precisely due to uncertainty/possible takeover/negotiations… I BELIEVE it will end with a full takeover, and that the bid will be slightly increased (e.g. to approx. 0.55/0.58 Unicredit share per CommerzBank share) Good luck "out there..." 😎👍🏻
