·28.11.2025Checking out the latest report – really strong in a construction industry that is still tough in Sweden. The order book grew explosively (+93 % during the quarter) and that provides a nice head start with jobs planned far ahead. Margins have risen significantly (EBITA margin up to 3.9 %) and cash flow soared by over 1,300 % in a single quarter – this shows that they have really got their costs under control and are operating efficiently now. Debts have decreased so much that net debt in relation to operating profit is only 0.6 times, which makes the company significantly more resilient. The small dips in some unit (like Flodéns) are hardly worth mentioning in this context. They are riding on the positive wave from previous quarters and appear to have stable growth ahead of them. Taking the opportunity to trade in the seemingly unjustified dip after the report.
·29.12.2024Fallen a bit lately, must be a good stock to own when the interest rate drop hits the market? After all, homes will never go out of style, neither new nor for renovation.
·30.12.2024I agree that there is good potential, although it is a bit scary with falling order intake in recent quarters.
