·11.1.An exciting mining company. New times have apparently come to Argentina. Inflation seems to have turned around, so people can save again and afford to live normally. Milei is very positive about nuclear power. New nuclear power plants will be built in Argentina. Argentina has a goal of being self-sufficient in uranium, so production from the mine is secured. In addition, there will probably be sales to other countries. The Amarillo Grande project looks reasonable. There is a lot of vanadium that can also be extracted when mining uranium. With an annual production of 1,500,000 pounds of U3O8, production price approx. 25 USD per pound, sales price 75 USD, there is an earnings of 0.28 USD per share. At a PE of 10, each share should be worth 2.8 USD, or 28 times more than the current price. This is overestimated, because Blue Sky has financed part of the development work by transferring some of the rights to Corporation Americana Group in exchange for financing the development of the project, so the value is probably closer to 14 times the current value. On the other hand, the only well-investigated area is Ivana. There is a possibility that the rest of Amarillo Grande contains a lot of uranium, and that the uranium price increases. Then the shares will be worth significantly more than 14 times the current price.
·20.2.2024I have been in this share for a year with a GAK of 0.14, so 50% is down. There has been virtually no news about Blue Sky in the time I have been in it. Does anyone have any thoughts on it that they want to share?
·19.9.I have been up over 100% on BSK but am down 70% now. BSK is High risk and there is no doubt that their management is unfortunately milking the shareholders a bit by several placements at extremely poorly chosen times. However, I am sticking with BSK for now solely based on a theory that Argentina's economy cannot necessarily get worse than it is now….. before connecting very interestingly with a new way to extract U.
