·29.5.I'm a bit surprised that the issue was subscribed to 70% after all. I considered for a while subscribing without support to receive warrants and then dumping the shares at +/- 0. In hindsight, it would actually have worked. That the CEO only subscribes for 50 tkr in a situation like this is a bit surprising. I'm standing on the platform and watching anyway.
I chose to subscribe, without rights, and will likely receive an allotment as the issue was not fully subscribed. It remains to be seen where the share price will end up when the new shares become tradable. Glad that the issue was subscribed to over 70%, then the maturity of the TO will be longer. You might get the opportunity to buy BTU around the issue price, when they start trading.
·6.4.As expected, there was a share issue. The company needs new capital for continued existence. So, it is truly to be hoped that this will work out. It is a bit ominous that the auditor notes "significant uncertainty related to the going concern assumption". I have sold my shares in the company, but I am sitting on the fence and will continuously evaluate a new entry if the price should be right. I.e., a good bit below 20 øre.
