·20.10.How long do you have to wait for management to understand that buying their own shares is a 20-25% discount on bitcoin? Lots of talk about value creation in the interview but they don't seem to want to take advantage of the opportunity that is right in front of them.
18.11.18.11.Looking at the latest quarterly report the company has barely any cash in its balance sheet, so there is no money to buy any shares (unless they would borrow). However, the CEO has bought B shares from the open market with more than 100k EUR.

By issuing preferred shares, the gentlemen behind the company take 20% of the issue into their own pockets as soon as they buy bitcoin, as preferred shares do not dilute bitcoin/share in their calculation. This makes the issue a pure shift of ownership from investors to management. The company takes on the responsibility of paying an interest of 10% and forcing shareholders to pay the CEO and several 20% of the issue. This does not sound like a proposal in favor of shareholders, rather a way to enrich founders at the expense of shareholders. Too bad that greed is tainting an interesting concept.
27.9.27.9.Here at least in Finland this company was pushed really hard by certain individuals, almost to a point where it sounded too good to be true. If you invested during this marketing period you lost a lot of money 😂 Obviously if Bitcoin goes up this goes up, but I don't see any reason to buy this over bitcoin (maybe if mnav is really really low it will makes sense, idk).
