    Isn't this an overreaction with today's share price fall? They have today carried out a share issue at a price of 96.92 usd per share. They are paying down expensive debt and taking up new debt with better terms. This is positive in my opinion.

    One thing is dilution, which is negative. But what is more damaging is that they signaled in the previous earnings call that there would be no dilutions for a while. This can really send the share price down towards 50. GRRR, for example, never recovered after a similar episode; if you lose investor trust, you have a problem. Now GRRR is a completely different company, and I have much more faith in ASTS, but investor trust is important for the share price.
