Hi, there will not be an increase because those who placed the bid have written in the bid that it will not be raised. Then one is not allowed to raise the bid unless, I think, 6 months pass. In other words, there will likely be no raised bid, and the company will be delisted when the bidding consortium has received >90% of all shares after the acceptance period.- ·30.6.Carlsquare had a fair value of approximately 45 kr before the bid, while the bidders – who know the business best – want to buy out the entire company for 38.50 kr. That makes me believe that there might be a long-term value that is not fully reflected in the bid.Yes, it's not an entirely unreasonable conclusion that the main owners would not have made an offer if they didn't see a long-term value that is higher than 38.5 per share.
