    Well, if one enters the USA, then there are these companies that specialize in suing companies, looking for a fault, in this case that they (Flat) have not taken sufficient account of credit losses! A sad development that I don't think we should import! On 20 January it would be good for Klarna if they decide on a Max interest rate of 10% on credit card debts! People have much larger credit card debts over there! There is still a big shopping culture in the USA! Well, not that I like it, but it's a reality! Thinking out loud….

    Cheaper yes. Better - doubtful. Flat Capital is currently tracking Klarna very poorly and has had a constant and sharp decline since Aug/Sep without much respite. Hard to say what is needed - but confidence and trust are at rock bottom. I have loaded up on both Klarna and Flat in recent months and so far both holdings have become real duds. I hope and believe that in due course we will see a nice turnaround for both - but it feels like it might take a while.

    The rational thing would have been that, but for some reason Flat and Klarna are traded like apples and oranges despite Flat consisting 85% of Klarna.
