·23.12.2025Investment company Flat Capital's portfolio company Defensor announces in a business update that subsidiaries ArmaTech and SAFE4U are expected to exceed previous forecast for calendar year 2025. Revenue is now estimated to be approximately 20 percent higher than the previous forecast of 410 million kronor, while the EBIT result is expected to exceed the forecast of 100 million kronor by about 10 percent. The background is a strong fourth quarter where, among other things, ArmaTech has signed a framework agreement with a defense agency in a Nordic NATO country regarding drones and anti-drone capability. ArmaTech has also received a larger order from another Nordic NATO country regarding anti-drone capability. Safe4U has during the quarter signed a framework agreement regarding ballistic protective equipment to an actor within the Swedish civil defense and delivered additional Kroppsskydd 24 and Plattbärare 24 to Försvarsmakten.
