- ·6.11.2025dLab receives orders from four Swedish electricity grid companies – total initial order value of approximately 4 MSEK Dlaboratory Sweden AB (publ) or ("dLab" "The Company") has received four new orders from the Swedish electricity grid companies Karlshamns Energi, Ronneby Energi och Miljöteknik, Öresundskraft and Kraftringen. The deals comprise delivery of The Company's monitoring solution for distribution substations, including hardware and installation, to a total value of approximately 3.5 MSEK. All orders will be finally delivered and recognized as revenue during the fourth quarter 2025. In addition, a total annual recurring revenue (ARR) of an additional 421 000 SEK will be added, which contributes to a continued increase in dLab's base of recurring revenues. "It is very gratifying that we both gain the trust to deliver to a new customer and at the same time continue to grow together with several of our long-standing customers. These orders demonstrate continued confidence in our technology and our delivery capability. Every new installation means not only a direct business, but also a growing flow of recurring revenues that strengthens our financial foundation. We see continued strong interest in our solutions and expect that demand will increase as the digitalization of electricity grids accelerates ", comments Rickard Jacobson, CEO of dLab. Kraftringen orders a system for a new distribution substation, while Öresundskraft and Ronneby Energi och Miljöteknik expand their existing installations with two distribution substations each. Karlshamns Energi comes in as a new customer and chooses to equip its entire network at once.
- ·21.10.2025Dlaboratory Sweden AB (publ) (“dLab” or the “Company”) has, in collaboration with Techinova AB (“Techinova”), received an order for the delivery of the new network substation solution dSense to one of Sweden’s largest electricity grid companies. Techinova is a Swedish supplier of technology solutions for the energy industry and acted as the procured party in the transaction. The order, which is part of Techinova’s award in the procurement, includes at least 400 units, with an option for an additional 350 units, and corresponds to an initial order value of approximately SEK 1.2 million for dLab, which is expected to be recognized as revenue in H1 2026. The order marks another step in the rollout of dSense and strengthens dLab’s position in the market for digital electricity grid monitoring. Unlike previous dSense deals, this delivery is based on a one-off license revenue for basic functionality, which complements the Company’s recurring license revenue. By offering a flexible sales model, dLab can meet the needs of different customers while accelerating the spread of the technology in line with the digitalization of electricity grid companies. At the same time, the customer has the opportunity to connect these devices to dLab’s analysis platform in the future, which enables potential future ongoing license income. dSense complements dLab’s existing monitoring in distribution stations and enables electricity grid owners to collect and analyze data further out in the electricity grid. The solution provides improved visibility into the state of the grid and supports more proactive maintenance work – with the goal of reducing outage times, streamlining operations and increasing availability in the electricity grids.
