·25.9.2025 · MuokattuThe divestment of Casumba generates 12 million over 51 months, which corresponds to approximately 0.7 million per quarter. This is in line with what Casumba, which was in a negative trend, last contributed at the EBITDA level. The sale should therefore not affect the ability to pay earn-out. Quite the opposite, as it secures the part of the result that Casumba otherwise risked eroding. In addition, the divestment will likely mean lower OPEX and a clearer focus on the segments that are actually growing. That the Casumba deal has been complex and challenging is another matter - but from a financial and strategic perspective the divestment feels positive.

The company will be 30% smaller but the yield requirement should be lowered, which could very well result in increased target prices. A more stable foundation to stand on now. Still an extremely cheap stock, but now with growth expectations and more stable finances.
