Huomioi, että vaikka osakkeisiin säästäminen on pitkällä aikavälillä tuottanut hyvin, tulevasta tuotosta ei ole takeita. On olemassa riski, että et saa sijoittamiasi varoja takaisin.

- ·12 t sitten · MuokattuFunnily enough, the man behind Zirium has just written an article about the shorters' history with Netcompany (some of the same observations I have made over the years). The article also contains some good considerations about the company's growth. https://www.zirium.dk/analyse/netcompany/2026-06-10 About a rarely large loss and capitulation for BlackRock: "BlackRock scaled down from 3.72% over six weeks and finally cut from 2.39% to 0.41% in two days at the end of February 2024, and the total short interest fell to the bottom at 2.34% on November 1, 2024." One of the world's largest lost a lot of money on that bid. Now JP Morgan is trying its luck...
- ·1 päivä sittenStrange development since 400? They also have share buybacks running.Netcompany has always been a stock that has swung between rock bottom (230) and exaggerated euphoria (400). Furthermore, it is one of the Danish stocks that short sellers love the most. Strangely enough, because short sellers have historically lost a lot of money, as they have a penchant for shorting when the price is at rock bottom. We are probably seeing the same play out again now. For unknown reasons, they think it's smart to short it after it has fallen. They should have shorted at 350+, but instead, they are bringing out the big guns around 300. The fact is that the company is now trading at a forward P/E (2026) of around 15. That is historically cheap. Especially considering that growth has gained good traction thanks to acquisitions, international growth AND the use of AI (see my previous post). Right now, the market is selling everything related to software completely without regard for the underlying business. I don't know if it will go down further, but the current price is very attractive in my opinion. Incidentally, management already owns a large part of the company. They are probably the management where the CEO and COO hold the most shares among the large companies in Denmark (10%). Expecting further acquisitions doesn't really make sense to me.
- ·1 päivä sittenCompetitors are rising today, and when the company raises its guidance based on AI and can double the development speed, then it's an irrational market that pulls everything down in the sector. Regardless of technical analysis, it can rebound wildly the day the market changes its mind.
- ·1 päivä sittenA bit scary that JP Morgan's UK division has shorted 500,000 shares. England has become a significant market for Netcompany, and they have secured several large orders there recently. Why is JP Morgan shorting them now? Compared to the general violent downtrend for software, I don't think Netcompany is particularly exposed with their enterprise solutions. On the contrary. But that stock has always been very volatile.
- ·19.6.we now see that frankig also drops Palantir and Netcompany has hinted that they want to enter this area. Right now, however, not much news is coming out apart from the sponsorship of the cycling team, which I personally find utterly insane. If they sold food, soda or anything else to the common people, then okay, but digital solutions for the public sector are something elseI am quite new to that stock, to mention I have only invested in Netcompany due to their cycling team. We have so many talented cyclists in Denmark so why not invest in that sport, Ineos is one of the leading teams in the world. Cycling, all relative, is a cheap market to enter / compared to football. Now we are also approaching the tour. So I think going forward that it would only be an investment for us as shareholders of Netcompany. / maybe some are looking at our public system in Denmark and how our welfare generally is. And looking for opportunities. Everything is possible 🥳
