What I criticize is that you express yourself as if it's a fact that the new RAKEL will use Ovzon's satellite. And your information adds nothing there because your "assessment" is not fact-based. Do you even know the difference between Ovzon's high-altitude satellite and other technologies? Before it is known whether Ovzon's satellite will be used in this case, one should not spread such unconfirmed information that could be harmful to those who might believe it. SWEN, as the "new" RAKEL is called, is primarily based on 4G and 5G technology, not satellites. However, satellites can be used for redundancy or where coverage is too poor.
