·18.9.I have tried twice before and now again today, but after BankID, Pareto fails. I see many of us would actually have accepted it if it were possible. If that's not enough, they must postpone the deadline and get their site in order.
How many hundreds of thousands of shares do you have? The volume-weighted average price on the exchange today was approximately 46.80. How much extra does 20 øre per share amount to for you?
·18.9. · MuokattuI have accepted the offer of 47kr per share. If they do not achieve 90 percent, can Fortum pay 47kr to those who have accepted, or will they then withdraw the offer?

And the other buyer with a lower bid can also just give up. What happens then if scenario 2 comes true. Before anyone was interested in buying the company, the share price was about 30kr. The shareholders will not accept 47kr. Then the share price will probably fall back to the previous level before the acquisition, namely 30kr… I hope I'm wrongI gladly accepted the offer after having held the shares for about a month with a GAV of 30,8,- But then the next question is, what should one invest that money in?- ·13.9.I believe it's highly unlikely that they will get 90 % of the shares with their offer of kr. 47.- I myself have paid kr 48,- for most of my shares. I don't think this is an attractive offer. In addition, the offer is about the shareholders giving up their control over their own shares, while they say little about when settlement will occur.
