Those of us who have done our research see that e-commerce grew by 11 percent for home and interior design in April. Those of us who have done our research also see what an incredible change AI is making and will make for online purchasing decisions in their sector. Their sector, which involves complex purchases, will benefit greatly from AI. Strange that this isn't getting significantly more attention. Now ikea is abandoning its department stores and Borlänge is the first. Not so surprising that BHG can reap enormous volume growth going forward. 50 kr should be reached already by the end of the year. 70-100 kr within 2-3 years.
- ·3 päivää sittenPostnord released its figure for E-commerce for April 2026, pasting the text here: Furniture & home furnishings, which was last year's revenue rocket, continues to develop strongly and grew by 11 percent. The development goes hand in hand with increased mobility in the housing market, which historically has been an important driving force for the category. End quote from Postnord. Strange that it doesn't go above 30 kr in the first place. It is very suppressed. It will be able to achieve record cash flow this year. With the help of AI, they will be able to greatly reduce costs and efficiency from the coming years onwards.

There will be increases of perhaps 40% above that this year on sold apartments. I follow bostadsdeal. There one can see sold apartments, villas and holiday homes. Believe that we in Q2 will end up with over 40% increase from 2025. Exciting because now business is finally being done again in the housing market.
- ·14.5. · Muokattu16% more apartments were sold in April compared to April 2025. Enormously strong figure. To be compared against Q1 when volumes declined -2% compared to the same Q1 2025. The housing market will soar now that the down payment is smaller and amortization rules etc. with the new credit rules that came into effect on April 1 this year. Will mean a good boost to volumes. Volumes are the only thing BHG is affected by. These are one of the most important factors for driving growth together with disposable income. One wonders if people haven't seen this yet. BHG is one of the companies that clearly benefits from the volume of apartments sold.
