·7.1.I believe it will turn dark green during the year. I don't understand why German real estate stocks are trading at about half their intrinsic value, especially at a time when property valuations in Germany are at rock bottom, and there is a prospect of a gigantic cash injection into German society, and to top it all off, there's a significant housing shortage. I myself am heavily invested in German real estate stocks, probably 25%.

·16.12.2025I understand that there is fear in the market about rising interest rates. But analysts expect EPS 2025-27 over 6.5€ per year. That's almost 11% annual return (E/P). And yes, potentially rising interest rates will mean higher financing costs, and thus probably also pressure on property valuations, but conversely also higher rental prices, and then it can probably be assumed that investors will seek safe investments, such as the real estate sector, if highly priced stocks are challenged by higher interest rates. What am I not seeing?
·17.11.2025I have had LEG since the start of the year and have therefore tried to get dividend from LEG where I chose to receive it as shares instead. I had 2,500 shares at that time, and when I look at the dividend statement today, only 132 kr. is included in the statement, corresponding to the amount where there wasn't enough money to buy another share. Based on this, I must conclude that one avoids double taxation by utilizing this option. There is also the advantage that if one chooses the shares, one typically gets around a 3% discount on the share price because the company rewards those who choose shares. I have not had my LEG position in Nordnet, but I have seen that it is possible on a wide range of platforms, so I am sure it is also possible in Nordnet. The choice is made under corporate actions. Hope this can be helpful to you.
