PBR.A is cheaper at a moment but price should be pretty equal (take look for longer graph) So I should buy PBR.A?7.11.20257.11.2025Just like you described. I would (and have) buy cheaper, no need to pay premium for voting rights. Also think that PBR.A (preferred) has been actually cheaper for long time. "Petrobras ‘common share (ON – symbol in [B] ³: PETR3) allows the exercise of voting rights at Shareholders’ Meetings. The preferred share (PN – symbol in [B] ³: PETR4) is not entitled to vote. In return, the holders of preferred shares have other advantages, among which it is possible to highlight the right to receive their dividend as a priority and in the minimum percentages established in the Bylaws, as long as the Company calculates profit in the fiscal year."
