This must be the OSV company on the Oslo Stock Exchange with the largest discount relative to its underlying values (perhaps with the exception of HAVI, which is a completely different, very unstable case). NAV/share is calculated at 37kr, meaning the share must go up 137% to match the underlying values. In other words, the share is traded at a 61% discount relative to NAV. The descendants of the founders Lauritz and Kristian Eidesvik own almost 2/3 of the company, but are not involved in the daily management (they hold board positions).·17 t sittenBoth newbuilds are financed by 30% contributed equity and 70% loan. Eidesvik's equity commitment to the ships amounts to approximately 230-240mill. Based on the financial statements for 2024 and 2025, it appears that almost everything has been paid in, and that the rest of the construction costs are drawn from the construction loan. It should be possible to start share buybacks already after the General Meeting in May this year. A proposal for buybacks was voted down at the General Meeting last year, let's hope the Eidesvik family votes in favor this year. It's the sensible thing to do when you get one krone for 42 øre.
