If it is delisted before the trading halt is lifted, then we haven't ourselves chosen to remain in the stock when it was delisted. The answer according to the company's own statement: PharmaLundensis will be delisted from Spotlight on Wednesday, July 14, 2026 (last trading day). What happens to the shares: The shares do not disappear – they remain as usual in your custody account/VP account with Nordnet or another bank. But they become illiquid – no organized trading will take place after the delisting. The company has explicitly stated that it wants to avoid even unofficial "grey market" trading, because the whole point of the delisting is to disconnect the share from Swedish (low) valuation. After the delisting, the company plans a rights issue (new issue to existing shareholders) at the end of July/beginning of August, at a price of approx. 3 kr – which is a significant premium compared to the last trading price (0.32–0.49 kr). The company's long-term plan is to find an international investor, and the CEO has expressed great optimism about future value appreciation – statements that an independent analysis (Biostock) recently heavily criticized as unserious and unfounded. In short: you keep the shares, but you cannot sell them on an open market after July 14, unless the company itself offers a solution (e.g., redemption or new listing abroad) – which is not promised or guaranteed. This is precisely the type of situation the forum thread (and the Biostock article) warns about: high risk and a large element of speculation surrounding a company with a long history of repeated new issues.
