·22.10.2024I have bought more shares in MTG in recent days. The market capitalization amounts to SEK 9.3 billion and the net cash is SEK 3.1 billion. EV/EBIT 6.2 EV / Free cash flow 5.6 A no-brainer where you can just sit quietly in the boat and wait for the turn. That no one bids on MTG at this extremely low valuation is a mystery to me. I feel very safe owning shares in MTG for the next 12 months.

The valuation is very low, but the market hasn't realized that yet. MTG knows what they are doing and it is only a matter of time before more investors open their eyes to this company. Considering the low market capitalization, MTG is also becoming an increasingly important takeover candidate. What is in their favor may well be precisely that they are quite small, and thus slip under the radar for many investors.
