The fund seeks to track the performance of the Index. The Index is an equity index that measures the performance of eligible equity securities from the S&P World Health Care Index (the “Parent Index”). The Parent Index is designed to measure the performance of large and mid-cap health care companies in Developed Markets (as defined by S&P) which make up approximately 85% of the total available capital. Health care companies are identified by reference to the GICS. The health care sector includes health care providers and services, companies that manufacture and distribute health care equipment and supplies, and health care technology companies.
