The objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the MSCI USA ESG Climate Paris Aligned Benchmark Select Index (the "Reference Index") less fees, expenses and transaction costs, thereby taking an approach that seeks to reduce the Fund’s exposure to transition and physical climate risks whilst pursuing opportunities arising from a transition to a lower carbon economy and aligning with the Paris Agreement requirements.
