The Investment Objective of the sub-fund is to track the performance of the Reference Index, which is the MSCI Korea 20/35 Custom Index. The Company does not intend to make dividend payments in respect of Class 1C Shares which is the only Class of Shares available to Hong Kong investors. The Reference Index is a free float-adjusted market capitalisation weighted index reflecting the performance of listed equity securities of large and mid capitalisation companies of Korea, subject to a maximum weight applicable to the constituents based on the free float-adjusted market capitalization. The maximum weighting cap is applied as of each quarterly index rebalance date. The Reference Index is a total return net index. A total return net index calculates the performance of the index constituents on the basis that any dividends or distributions are reinvested after the deduction of any taxes that may apply.

·14.3.Yes. But that's almost the point of owning this ETF since you can't buy them directly on Nordnet.
·4.3.KOPI has gone down 10% and this ETF has gone up 3%. Any explanations?
·5.3.This fund follows a different index than KOSPI. It follows the MSCI Korea 20/35 Custom Index. That is quite different. KOSPI is a traditional index where large companies are weighted very heavily and it also includes smaller companies. Approximately 800 companies in KOSPI. The MSCI Korea 20/35 Custom Index is different. There are only approximately 80-100 companies in the index. They are all large/mid cap. And there is a limit that the largest company Samsung can only constitute 35 % and other companies only 20%. So my guess is that KOSPI takes an extra beating when Samsung goes down. And the largest companies are probably traded on other exchanges as certificates. Just like we know from Novo, which is also traded in the USA under ticker NVO. This means that Xtrackers can calculate the value almost around the clock on weekdays. The USA also has pre and after market which also applies to their certificates. You can also see that MSCI World ETFs go up and down before the market opens in the USA. This is controlled by futures and other derivatives. It is almost not us who buy/sell ETFs that set the price. It is the funds that constantly set the intrinsic value and then the price is regulated by a market maker. Right now there is an offer to sell 280 units at 146.28 and a bid to buy 280 units for 146.08. It is certainly a market maker who sets these two prices and creates liquidity so we always have someone to trade with. But it is remarkable how big a difference there is between KOSPI and the MSCI Korea 20/35 Custom Index. And I think we are all waiting for the oil price to be predictable before we buy or sell this ETF.
·3.3.Is it because of Iran that we are taking so many hits today? It is clearly the investment that is reacting most strongly in my portfolio today.
