The investment objective of the Fund is to provide an exposure to futures contracts on physical commodities. INVESTMENT POLICY In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will seek to track the performance of the Barclays Backwardation Tilt Multi-Strategy Ex-Agriculture & Livestock Capped Total Return Index (the “Index”), subject to the deduction of the TER and other expenses associated with operating the Fund.
