The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to the equity market in the developed and emerging market countries globally where weights are tilted by reference to certain factors. In order to achieve this investment objective, the Fund will seek to track the performance of the Solactive Gerd Kommer Multifactor Equity Index NTR (the “Index”), subject to the deduction of the TER and other expenses associated with operating the Fund.
