The Sub-Fund is actively managed by reference to and seeks to outperform (after applicable fees) the ‘MSCI Europe Screened Index’ (the “Benchmark”) over the recommended holding period of at least 5 years without targeting any particular level of outperformance. Any outperformance of the Benchmark may be minimal, may be negatively impacted by fees and may not ultimately be achievable.
