21.9.I don't understand how this has only rougly 600 owners in Nordnet. Seems awfully low.
A decent alternative to IBIT could be IB1T. Lower liquidity than IBIT but is similar. Listed in euro. Correct as A_B writes that we cannot trade IBIT anymore, so the number of Nordnet owners there will just go downwards..

Just tried this evening with a purchase for an annuity pension without Nordnet showing anything - have also performed some tests, just for information.- Poistettu13.10.2025IBIT is an ETF that buys and sells bitcoin depending on clients actions. If you want to own bitcoin with minimal company and net asset value risk IBIT is good choice. If you look for bitcoin yield then bitcoin treasury companies are good choice.
Minimal risk. Good one. Do you think there is minimal risk when things are controlled from wallstreet? Good luck with that line of thinking. It's high as hell. The entire bitcoin domain is, in my opinion, toast. BTC Page is now pulling out completely, sells and liquidity absolutely everything, BTC has become a centralized asset under full control of wallstreet and has changed its mind. No one wants BTC as a currency there, they want control over it so that they have control over the threat to Fiat. Yes, blockchain technology is usable but it has little to do with BTC. They can use the technology without BTC doing anything other than liquidating. 
·15.8.2025Is there anyone here who trades iShares Bitcoin ETP (IB1T)? It is supposed to be the EU version of IBIT. And can therefore be traded by everyone. If I understand correctly?
Yes, when they stopped trading in this, I kept this position, but continued to buy in IB1T.
