"The fund invests in equities issued by U.S., Canadian and Mexican small and mid-sized companies or in such small and mid-sized companies that have a minimum of 50% of their business operations in these countries. Investments shall be made in companies with a market value at the time of the investment that does not exceed the market value for the largest constituent in the fund’s benchmark index. The thematic investment strategy provides for investments that occur in a limited area in which development is deemed to result in a structural change to the economy and society. This change provides favorable conditions for companies active within the area to create profitable growth over time.
