"Sweden's leading property developer in discount retail" The concept is absolutely right, BUT what customers do they have in reality: - Rasta - Hardly a low price. High price, in relation to what you get. You eat here when you haven't found anything else. - Burger King: A chain that can no longer assert itself. In my immediate area alone, at least three restaurants have closed within a 2 mile radius. And then we talk a maximum of 3 minutes by car from the E6. - Willys: Pretty much the right customer. BUT stores that are generally located in city centers. And the customer group usually has weak finances. - ÖoB: A chain of messy stores that only gets worse and worse every year. A chain that gives the impression of not knowing what it is they want to sell for anything. - Pizza Hut: Low price? No. - Chop Chop: If I want good Asian food at a low price, I check Google maps and find the nearest local Asian buffet with good ratings. These are everywhere. - OKQ8 and Circle K: Low price? No. Low prices for petrol can be found at unmanned stations. Which doesn't need any retail space. - DollarStore: Prisma has found just the right tenant here! Here we have a low price, BUT: Lucky harness? Värnamo? Valley of Light? Terp? Rail? (Then I'd rather buy shares in the owner, Tokmanni. Unfortunately, they are mixed with other dubious companies). What I miss are properties with discount stores in metropolitan areas. Summary: A very(!) big doubt about Prisma.

This is probably a neat mix of customer groups, I think. Then the fact that they also have the tenant cover the costs in most cases is very good...
