To me, this seems like a solid company with very good future prospects, of course with some uncertainty related to the lawsuits etc- 15.10.15.10.Is it too late to buy?

And this will continue since solar power is already very cheap and falling further. With unregulated power, grid-scale energy storage is needed and Fluence is one of the leaders globally. In addition, they have tailwinds from AI hyperscalers, and they have been involved in the Eleven Mile project, for example. Already on the verge of profitability with high annual growth and a Price/sales ratio below 1. Much due to the noise this spring regarding lawsuits, etc. Extremely cheap stock in a growing market. Anything below 25-30 kr is very cheap. If they achieve the same margins as Tesla with their Megapacks and a CAGR of 25-30% over the next 3-5 years, this could quickly at least double from current levels. Maybe more. Anyone who can persuade me not to buy even more or have any bear cases?
