Nobody predicted a drop of 50% 😬 Mr. Market has given us all a punch in the gut .. 💥🥊 BUT I am STILL convinced that this stock is VERY undervalued! This price belongs nowhere! My guess is therefore still that the price will come above +20$ within the next coming months - let me try to explain why: 😉 Let me start with their bitcoin holdings: - CleanSpark owns almost 1 billion dollars in bitcoin. - Their market cap today is at 1.785 billion dollars. This means that management in principle could buy back 56% of their shares (That is over half!!), if they chose to sell their bitcoins 😮 That would however be stupid, since the "bitcoin winter" has just ended, and we are now looking into a new rising bitcoin market! Hopefully with a clarity act just around the corner 🙏🏽 I know the news regarding the hack on binance throws a little sand in the machinery, but will however add that it was ethereum and not bitcoin that was hacked! Let us try to look at their data-center business: Now they finally lifted the veil for who their high investment grade tenant is, and it is META!! 🤑 Maybe the best tenant on the market right now. Their AI agent "Muse" is really taking off! 🚀 Their Sandersville agreement of 175 MW we know 🤩 And the agreement is really good! 20-year lease agreement with a value of 6.6 billion dollars ✅ Now that the midterm election is "over" it has given a few unknown factors for CleanSpark in Texas .. Texas is where Wall Street sees the big potential! Texas has become the state of the democrats 🔵 This means that the governor post changes and it becomes "unfortunately" Gina Hinojosa who has stated herself skeptical regarding data centers .. Buuuut let us see now - I believe that there is too much money at stake, for her views to hold true. So where does CleanSpark stand right now?? The market has reacted negatively to the election result, and several financial houses have lowered their price target for CleanSpark because of the uncertainty. Fundamentally speaking, everything is good! The challenge will however be that things maybe can take a little extra time. Something nobody likes .. I will however just add that it is likely that the Abbott administration (which CleanSpark has been nice to) tries to finish as much business-friendly case processing as possible before January 19, 2027, where he officially steps down from his administrative role as governor. Maybe he gets his finger out, and hurries to give permissions to those who have already gotten Batch Zero through 😏
