1 päivä sitten1 päivä sittenIt doesn't have much impact because the owner is not EQT AB itself. EQT AB manages funds that also owned this Gamderma. This comes up often on this forum and I think investors should understand that EQT's business model is one where EQT manages investors' money and receives performance-based fees (carried interest) in addition to a fixed fee. This is why individual exits do not have such a big impact on the share price and on the other hand this model makes EQT AB a very asset light business and in the long run offers an excellent ROE. I consider the share to be very cheap at the moment, as the predictability of management fees is very good and a significant amount of funds will be directed to the unlisted market in the future.
