·8.10.The decisive document On September 18, 2026, CombinedX published the following regulatory press release: CombinedX – Sets record date for the second partial payout The board determined that the condition for the dividend of 5 SEK had been met and that the record date for this as well would be September 22, 2026. Consequently, the entire extra dividend of 16 SEK per share would be paid out on September 25. At the same time, Investing.com still shows October 13 as the ex-date for 5 SEK. Conclusion The official decision means that: - Ex-date for the entire extra dividend was September 21, 2026. - Record date was September 22, 2026. - Estimated payment date was September 25, 2026. - There is no identified later official decision regarding an additional 5 SEK with an ex-date of October 13. My assessment: Investing.com and Fintel likely retain the previous dividend schedule without correctly handling the board's change decision on September 18. For definitive verification that 16 SEK has actually been paid out, one should compare with Euroclear's registered dividend event or the custody account's transaction history.

What is the rest then? With 2025 figures, there will be a company left with revenue of 600-650 MSEK, EBITDA approx 75 MSEK and a profit of 1.3 kr (with 2025's "low" margin). With historical margins, 2 kr per share would not be unthinkable. Having calculated a bit here and there, I get a valuation of 40-50 kr (16 kr to be distributed plus 25-35 kr for the rest). However, I don't think the comparison should be made with history. In my world, the potential lies rather in how Jörgen Qvist can develop the company going forward. I am impressed by his ability to do business and drive the company forward. He did a good job in his previous firm DGC (which was bought out from the stock exchange) and also shows decisiveness here as he has sold two companies for PS ~1 and reorganized the group. The fact that he wants to step into the role of part-time CEO for the AI company that is planned to be acquired makes it look extra exciting!

This is indeed money on the street. By the end of the year, shareholders can expect kr 11 per share, that is a direct yield of over 30% at today's price. Not bad.
