    I don't understand why the share price should go down. The company has received its largest order ever. The margin on the machines is likely high, the factory in Bari has started production and will initially, before the factory in Colombia is ready, sell specifically to Colombia. The new issue is a beneficial issue to buy input goods that generate revenue and profit. It also significantly reduces the company's debt, which lowers the company's interest expenses. The issue is, as I understand it, guaranteed even if not all shareholders subscribe. I can't see anything other than that the upside is very large after the issue.

    I feel exactly the same way. I am by no means a professional investor but I find it hard to figure out what the actual “downside” is. Yes, their orders can be delayed, problems with orders etc etc. but I still find it hard to see the flaws in this.
