- 1 päivä sitten·After reading more in the Q2 report, I realize that activities in Colombia and Poland are very interesting😊. Has anyone read anything more about it?
- 2 päivää sitten·In a press release from June 30, 2025, the CEO provides information about what is going on in the factory in Bari this fall. We should therefore see revenue from there now in Q3. “With all certifications in place and local leadership on board, we now have everything in place to increase the production of solar panels in Bari during the fall, while hiring more operators,” says Eric Jaremalm, CEO of Midsummer. On the Italian website, Midsummer.it, you can see a film where they show the production in the factory. It has taken time, but now the operation is finally up and running.
- 2 päivää sitten2 päivää sittenTämä julkaisu on poistettu.12.9.·Yes, that's right. Eric J writes in the Q2 report that "feverish work" is underway to build the machines for the order of SEK 143.5 million. In the CEO's message, he further writes that the company will be able to have a high earning capacity in the future and that "the company is actively working to expand sales in other customer segments, for example in military defense and civil defense". I look forward to future press releases.
- 12.9. · Muokattu·Midsummer seems to have a tailwind due to its niche with thin panels that are needed abroad. Some things that I think speak for the company in the coming year (and maybe longer...) are: - They have an order for 143.5 million SEK. They have received 50 million SEK of the amount in Q2. In the coming six months, most of the remaining part, i.e. almost 93.5 million SEK, will come in. This is payment for a production capacity of 15 MW. The intention seems to be that it will be expanded to 200 MW. More than 10 times that much, so. That could mean big revenues. - It is pretty clear which company has placed that order? This company has also, according to information in the Q2 report, done a due diligence (company review) of technology, finances and processes. After that, they have placed their large order. - I have read (can't find it now) that the factory in Bari is completely ready. This must mean that there is production going on that generates revenue!? Anyone know more? - Fredrik Gran is the sales manager. He bought a fairly large share for 2.80 SEK/piece 3 weeks ago. He would hardly do it if he didn't now see that things are starting to go well.12.9.·Now I found information about Bari. The company "is ready to start mass production". In a press release about the Q2 report on August 8, the company writes: In June, Midsummer received the payment of a grant of just over 1.6 million euros from the Italian investment agency Invitalia for the completion of the factory for the production of thin-film solar cells in Bari, Italy. At the same time, Midsummer has received certification from the global testing institute TUV for the Bari line, which means that the Italian factory is now certified to produce all of the company's existing products. This means that the factory is now inspected, approved and ready to start mass production of thin-film solar cells.
