- ·15.6.I'm quickly checking today's deal and roughly calculated, the merged company will have a turnover of 5000 million and be valued at 500 million, i.e. P/S=0.1 If one gets a small margin in such companies, the leverage is high in this deal. The next step is to convince the shareholders in Eltel as well. We probably have to wait until today's merger shows results, as Eltel already seems to have sorted out its margins
